Authentication with the anti-counterfeit scratch panel
The genuine Q7PARIS products are as seen in the images on our website at www.q7paris.com.
All genuine Q7Paris products have the silver anti-counterfeit scratch panel attached to them. However, you still need to, (and we advise you do), use the anti-counterfeit scratch panel to authenticate the product. It’s not enough that the scratch panel is simply on the product as counterfeiters may put fake panels on their fake products too. So, the only way to be sure is to scratch the anti-counterfeit panel to reveal your PIN and send it in a free SMS to 38353 – Do not send your PIN to any other number. In the unlikely event that we ever change this number, we will announce the new number on this website www.q7paris.com and on our official social media pages which can be visited from the links on our website at www.q7paris.com.

The following information is helpful to us when trying to take action against a counterfeiter: – Location Name and Address -Type of Location (eBay, independent boutique, unauthorised retailer, etc.) -Product Being Sold -Details of any Trade Marks (the Q7PARIS logo or specific designs). Kindly provide as much information as possible when you contact us.
